NIJMEGEN, November 10th, 2007 - Ms. Bo Lang from Switzerland has won her second large international tournament in three months. Last weekend, in the Dutch 'mahjong capital' of Nijmegen, she was the best on the Third Dutch Open Tournament (the Golden Dragon Tournament 2007). Just three months ago, Philippinen born Bo won the Second Austrian Open in Feldkirchen.

For the first time, the Dutch Golden Dragon Tournament, which next year will celebrate its 10th anniversary, was dominated by foreign players. Ms. Silke Bansemer from Germany was the runner-up, while the third place was for Belgian player Peter van Damme. The fourth position was for Mr. Ton Rijnders from the Netherlands, so he became Dutch Champion Mahjong Competition Rules 2007.

Also the best team was a non-Dutch team. The first prize was for the team 'Belgium', consisting of Peter and Michel van Damme and Jan and Linda Thomassetti, all from Belgium.

The day after the championship, the traditional Friendship Tournament took place. This was won by Gerard Strik, Sr., from Holland. In the overall classification for both tournaments Janco Onnink, also from Holland, was the best.
