 UTRECHT - Two Dutch silversmiths have designed precious ornaments as special mementos for the World Mahjong Championship 2010. Part of the proceeds is meant for the financing of the WMC.

 UTRECHT - The subscription fee to the World Mahjong Championship 2010 will be 222 euros (304 USD). This was made public today at IJsselstein (near Utrecht), during the general assemblee of the Dutch Mahjong Association, the organizer of the championship.

 DORTMUND - The German delegation for the World Mahjong Championship 2010 in the Netherlands has been determined. The last qualification tournament was the MCR Open in Dortmund.

 BADEN - Ten Austrian players have won their tickets for the World Mahjong Championship 2010 in the Netherlands. The Orchid Tournament at Baden, concluded today, was the last qualification tournament for the WMC.
Two players were entitled to go since they are in the top ten of the EMA Ranking list: Elisabeth Frischenschlager and Otto Myslivec. |
