SAN DIEGO - The first day of the year started with a new series of Global Mahjong Tournaments on Mahjong Time. 44 players subscribed hoping to get a medal on their avatar and to gain some golden coins. SAN DIEGO - For those who had enough of the endless X-Mas movies on television or had seen enough of their family all day, it was time for battle in the last Global Mahjong Time tournament. As to be expected, only 28 players subscribed, of whom two didn’t show (Zenedar and ccoolca) and two gave up in the end (Xapza and gabor3), which means getting a score of zero in the book of Mahjong News.
