COPENHAGEN - Martin Wedel Jacobsen is the winner of the Open Danish Mahjong Championship 2010. The top-three were all Danish players: runner-up was Shi Hua Chen Kold, third prize was for Martin Faartoft. Best foreign player was - surprisingly - Dimphy Van Grinsven from the Netherlands.

Dutch player Anton Kösters was laureated because this tournament was his 50th MERS tournament since the 2005 OEMC in the Netherlands, the first MERS event ever. Anton finished in the Copenhagen tournament on the 14th position.
