The tournament in Mestre.MESTRE - Gianluca Nadali today has won the fourth Italian qualification tournament for the World Mahjong Championship, coming summer in the Netherlands. Vittorio Bassi was the runner up, third place was for Rosita Bonaldo.

51 players participated, amongst whom two Austrians and one French.

Gianluca, however, is not yet qualified for the WMC010. On the Italian ranking, he is the number 22 player. Italy is entitled to delegate eleven players to Utrecht.

The last qualification tournament of FIMJ (Federazione Italiana Mah-Jong) will be in Cervia/Cesena, February 14.
