ventdestSTRASSBOURG - The OEMC 2014 will be held in Strassbourg, France. The French mahjong club East Wind will take care of the organisation.

Probably, the European Championship will be held in November, but neither date nor venue has been determined upon yet.

MESTRE - The location of the next European championship is not known yet. Today, the General Assembly of the European Mahjong Association could not yet make a decision, since no official proposals have been received. But what the GA did decide, is to extend the term between two OEMC’s from two to three years, so the next OEMC will take place in 2014. EMA hopes the OEMC will then alternate with the world championships, but for the latter depends on the cooperation with the World Mahjong Organization in Beijing.
