He tells MahjongNews: "I heard from the Japanese that they were not interested in my collection at this time, due to the ecconomics. Maybe at some time in the future. But I am not sure what that means, so I have started the actual sale." Mr. Jim May had to sell his unique collection of mahjong sets since he had no time anymore to maintain it. HAZELWOOD, MO, United States - The dream of Jim May, owner of the Mah-Jongg Cyber Museum, will not come true. His entire collection of mahjong sets will not be sold to the Mahjong Museum in Chiba, Japan. Jim May has started to sell individual sets.
