EZHOU - A 6-year-old girl who was locked alone inside her home in Ezhou, Hubei province, was charred to death after a fire suddenly broke out on Sunday. Wang Rong's mother and stepfather locked her in the house when they stepped out to play mahjong with neighbors in the city's Fenghuang street. A fire broke out in the house at about 10 pm.
