| I play Mahjong (only with MCR rules, RCR later certainly) since one year and I hope make my first EMA tournament in september. Before that, i want to be sure to know EMA regulations to accept some penalties with fair play and im sure to have fun playing mahjong!! I don't find MCR draconian!! |
