DOETINCHEM, the Netherlands - Dutch riichi mahjong club Red Fives this week announced its second tournament, to be held at the town of Doetinchem. It will be a two staged event. The first day (Saturday, October 23rd) a tournament will be held which counts strictly for the Dutch ranking. The second day (Sunday, October 24th) is a MERS rated (1 point) tournament.
